Does this include a player app?
Your plan provides subscription access. Install a compatible third-party player on your device; the developer may charge a separate licence or activation fee. See devices and players.
Can I use more than one screen?
Choose one to five simultaneous streams above. Installed apps and active streams are different: only screens playing at the same time count. Confirm recording or multiview requirements with support.
What is the refund period?
For new subscriptions only, request a refund within seven days from purchase and contact support first. One refund per customer and exclusions apply. Read the full refund policy.
Can I check the content first?
Yes. Request the local 24-hour trial and tell support the channels, languages and device you want to check. Support confirms availability and supplies trial details.
